About the Author
Few words about me. Now there are two of us in a foreign country, two of us to share travel experiences and two different points of view. I am originally Polish, living and working in Poland, Russia, India, the UK, the Netherlands and have now moved with Alex to Australia. Most probably with this background I will have different opinions from Alex's, but I believe it will make this travel blog even more interesting.

I came across various ways of presenting menus: in some countries you get photos, less or more attractive, in other countries, such as India it is cheaper to pay someone to paint pictures/billboards. In China they are more creative and the mass production supports creating plastic food, which looks hilarious on restaurants’ displays.

The plastic foods in the windows of the restaurants was an art form. It is hysterical outside the fastfood and take-aways such as the pizza shops with every possible combination of topping reproduced on plastic pizzas!
