Well this is going to be a short post to quickly say thank you to everyone who has sponsored us to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for the Amani Children’s Home family reunification programme and playground.
I have uploaded photos to my travel gallery of our trip, including some which should probably be censored.
It was a charity bet honest…

Recently returned from a six month round-the-world trip myself. Although I didn’t climb Kilimanjaro while I was in Africa (congrats to you for that, and for the charity work you did), I stayed with a Maasai tribe for a few days - fascinating! You might enjoy my travel blog and photos as well: http:/holeinthedonut.com. Happy trails!

I think that it’s a wonderful trip, I would like to know also the Massai.
I read with a lot of interest your blog and I dream of knowing Africa.
I’ve never been in Africa, I only knew Europe and South America…

Kilimanjaro is a great accomplishment to have! I went 5 years ago and it was one of the best trips I have ever taken.
